Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all training programmes offered by Net Pathhub, including the Confluence Setup Workshop, one-to-one Chart Review Sessions, and Evening Chart Lab sessions. By booking a programme, you agree to the terms below.

1. Confluence Setup Workshop

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of £150 is required to hold your workshop place. This deposit is applied toward the total workshop fee of £640.

Full cancellation more than 28 days before start: You receive a refund of all fees paid minus the £150 deposit.

Cancellation 14–28 days before start: You receive a 50% refund of the total fee paid (including deposit).

Cancellation fewer than 14 days before start: No refund is available. You may transfer your place to another person at no additional charge, provided we receive written notice at least 48 hours before the workshop begins.

Work already started: Once a workshop has commenced, no refund is available for either day.

2. One-to-One Chart Review Sessions

Cancellation more than 48 hours before scheduled time: Full refund or free rescheduling to a mutually available date.

Cancellation within 48 hours: No refund. One free reschedule is permitted if you provide at least 24 hours' notice.

No-show: If you do not attend a scheduled session and have not cancelled, the full session fee (£145) is forfeited with no refund.

3. Evening Chart Lab

Individual evenings: Cancel before 12:00 GMT on the day of the session for a full refund of that evening's fee (£35).

Workshop alumni complimentary access: The 90-day complimentary lab access included with workshop enrolment is non-refundable and non-transferable. It cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

4. Rescheduling

Workshop participants may transfer to a later cohort date once at no charge, provided the request is made at least 14 days before the original start date and space is available in the target cohort. A second transfer incurs a £40 administration fee.

Chart review sessions may be rescheduled once at no charge with at least 48 hours' notice.

5. Cancellation by Net Pathhub

If we cancel a workshop or session due to insufficient enrolment, instructor illness, or circumstances beyond our control, you receive a full refund of all fees paid, including the deposit, or the option to transfer to the next available date. We are not liable for any additional costs you may have incurred (such as travel or accommodation).

6. Non-refundable items

The following are non-refundable under all circumstances:

• Workshop deposit (£150) when you cancel
• Printed materials already dispatched to you
• Complimentary Evening Chart Lab access included with workshop enrolment
• Travel supplements paid for on-site group sessions

7. Refund process

Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days of confirmation. Refunds are returned to the original payment method used for booking. If bank transfer was used, we require your account details to process the return.

8. Partial attendance

If you attend only part of a two-day workshop (for example, day one but not day two), no partial refund is available. The workshop is sold as a complete programme.

9. Disputes

If you believe a refund has been incorrectly denied, contact us at hello@net-pathhub.click with your booking reference and a description of the circumstances. We aim to respond within five business days.
